Hey, your stories are so relatable. And now, I feel encouraged to share mine. I recently joined an organization as an HR assistant based on my merit in relation to my experience and educational background. I was welcomed warmly, but unfortunately, after a few weeks passed, the HR manager's assistant didn't seem to like me for some reason. She took every opportunity to speak ill of me in front of my superiors, saying that a Master's degree doesn't guarantee good work. Knowing that she only had a diploma and was older than me, I came to the realization that she was always trying to find fault in me. She also ensured that any opportunity to be on the field went to other non-HR professionals. In her eyes, I was just a young lady with no life experience, and a brat earning a good salary.
