There’s a lot but the straw that broke the camel’s back was when I was pregnant and needed to inform my superiors so that can make arrangements for when I go on maternity leave, the first thing the MD said was, “women are useless when pregnant and after pregnancy. That will slow down the productivity”. I also found out then that the company does not provide maternity benefit (contract says they do, but, alas). I was treated unfairly throughout my pregnancy. Left when I was around 6 months pregnant because it got too much.
Not sure if I am in a better place as I moved to a bigger company but has highly racist undertones.
