Hi, I am currently working for this particular company, I remember when I arrived the company was on deficit, only to find out with my investigations, the previous Administrator extorted almost 2, 5m for a period of 4 year prior to my employment, the Directors where so happy for me to find such light, after a month I PROMOTED Myself to be the Manager, because of the duties and responsibilities that we're not on my contract and automatically happened and adjusted to that, 3 months down the line the company accumulated 1, 2 M, mind you that I am working alone without any hand overs, but I had to implement workplace policy, administrative procedures, currently the company is doing so well, I had to write a letter for salary increase non response until today, I am in operational for all 8 business functions, In most case some of the things they come from expenses, logistics fees, data, airtime, food, printing papers etc. But they never appreciate anything, I feel so trapped because I am the only one who knows the insights foundation of the company and also for my personal finances I am afraid to resign.
I work Monday to Monday 365 in a year, no leave or Off days, that is the biggest threat to them.
I've been having anxiety and depression for the past 2 year, suicidal thoughts every day and night, I am emotionally drained because of this Job, I am still young and I do not have social life or even visit my family.
