I was working for a company for 5 years best sales agent then 4th year i had a few companies approaching me to work with them but was a bit scaptical cause my work place was all i know comfort but happy with salary then there was one particular company the ceo of that company persuade me for over a year to come join his company ans offered me s great salary.

Not me jumping ship in January resigned served my notice the february started the new job firstly was not trained on anything was just given work then a week later they started changing saying in failing at my duties ,next thing i can see attitude changed one of the cleaning ladies approaches me asking me why i dont like our hr manager and was like shocked cause its been two weeks k have been working there i have no reason to like nor dislike anyone fastforward towards month end i got a warning for not meeting deadline then last day Feb i get two warnings and a letter that they reducing my salary with 5k and also a hearing letter that i am suspended thats when i decided to take them to ccma for unfair labour practice cause they also added things i did not do then last week was send results of the hearing that they have dismissed me . question is how do we get help from such companies besides ccma how do we let employees know their right and mind you that company 90 percent of the employees are foreign nations and they are taking advantage of them the ones that were under me complained about their salary been taken cause they couldn't do a task or cause they brought someone and fhe person resigned but now i filled unfair dismissal but i feel this has to be an example that companies are not allowed to abuse employees.
