This is a classic 50 minute consultation with Awande to address what needs you may have, difficulties you may be facing in your life and interpersonal relationships, and the tools you may need in order to live a better life and be a better you. Have you been struggling with stress, overwhelm, anxiety or depression? Does it feel increasingly harder to get out of bed? Do you feel disconnected from yourself and as a result, your friends and family too? Does life feel increasingly difficult to navigate? Do you find you struggle with keeping your emotions under control? Life can be so difficult but with just the beauty and power of your mind, and a little bit of my help, the YOU that you envision in the future is not too far away. We just need a little Mindfulness. This Mindfulness session (and others should you schedule more) are for you if you need help with: - Relieving stress - Reducing your anxiety and depression - Regulating emotions (decrease emotional reactivity) - Creating a better awareness of your body and mind - To improve chronic pain - Improve sleep - Lower blood pressure - Increase self-insight and self-awareness - And many other benefits Please note: These are a 1:1 session, not for more than one client. Should you wish to book a session along with someone else, please use your initial session to discover if this is needed in your journey. Your mental health comes first. You are Awande's first priority during this and other booked sessions. Should she feel that you may need the help of a trusted psychological professional, she will suggest this. Your mindfulness sessions can work in adjunct to any therapy you may be advised to have by Awande or are currently undergoing.
